Strolley Trolley - Height Adjustable with Brakes

This trolley is like a cross between a 4-wheeled walker and a butler's trolley. In fact, we use it so often to move cups of tea and meals around the house it seems a bit like a real butler so we've called it Jeeves. We also use it to carry the laundry basket and lots of other items around the house and garden. Everyone should have one. It was easy to put together. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to allow the rear wheels to fully rotate like the front wheels do as that would make it even easier to manoeuvre.
