tears in the fabric in addition to it being sent in two pieces.

I ordered three yards but agreed when you called me telling me that there was only one two yard piece and one-yard piece. I needed the fabric so agreed. When I got the fabric, I discovered that there were large tears about an inch in from the selvedges on the two-yard piece. This flaw was never mentioned. I REALLY don't think I should be paying full-rice for all these flaws I'm having to work around.
