OMG! Received a sample size of the date balsamic, and had to make sure that I did not run out of this, “liquid gold,” in a bottle! Purchased two 750ml bottles! One for my sister in Massachusetts. The flavor is mild & warm, a tad crisp with just enough tartness & sweetness. Just try treat yourself, you won’t regret this purchase.

The flavor in this melds beautifully with the base flavor you'd expect in a boutique balsamic. It has this brightness and depth that you just have to try for yourself. Can't wait to get more the next time I'm in San Francisco
