Disappointed in shoe, not the store

My podiatrist told me about these shoes and said he had clients who liked them. I was dealing with some plantar fasciitis. I thought they would be almost as comfortable as a sneaker. They are NOT. It’s like they made the outside soft but inside they don’t feel very cushiony, and steps and impact just seem like a pair of Dockers or something.
