Great elderly product

The commode is looked good in design but could improve on its height to accommodate those with weak knee having difficulty or pain seating down and standing up thereafter. Also to improve on the commode which is quite shaky although still stable. Also bought a number of grab bar and they were tough. But could improve by during factory installation align the 4 screw holes in upright NSEW positions so will allow drilling of holes matching the grid of tiles in shower room and toilet. Tried to loosen the plate to reposition but unable to as unable to find the right size allan key.

I find it very steady, stable and my mother says comfortable too. Easy to retrieve to clean up. When not in use, we can use it as a normal chair. (at the moment, we only use it beside the bed at night.) Excellent product. Give it 5 stars!
