I really like these minerals so far! Taking them greatly simplifies my vitamin/supplement routine as I don't need to take any extra mineral compounds or electrolytes for exercise.I have been taking Beam minerals for over a month now and the main thing I have noticed is longer stretches of deeper sleep (I imagine that if I were more minerally depleted, I would notice more changes). After some trial and error, I have found that it's easiest for me to take the minerals straight by the tablespoon-full, after I've eaten. I would definitely recommend Beam minerals to at least try. I plan on continuing to take them for the forseeable future.
