Organic Coconut Water

The product itself is fine, but shipping and customer service have become frustrating. One order was incorrect—I ordered and paid for a 6-pack of 32 oz products but received 10 oz products instead. It took quite a while to resolve, although they eventually made it right. My latest order also took over a week to ship, despite their website stating 48–72 hours. I had to contact them before it was finally shipped, and responses took days. Delays happen, but customers should be informed. Poor communication and long response times are becoming a real issue.

Im not certain why, but I arrived home 1 hour after delivery and my order was not semi frozen as my orders in the past. Box was wet, tape was loose.

The best coconut water! I've made a few orders the past year and, I like how the delivery is done and pack really nicely. I also appreciate the option to order a full box,it makes it easier for my routine.
