Really good fruit
Love love love the flavour of this. Haven’t seen anything like it before. The apricots appear to be hard and crispy but then you put them in your mouth and they transform and melt…. Really unique and top quality

Soft, tart, sweet: absolutely perfect
I have never had apricot rolls before, but I have always loved dried apricots. These are very sweet with a little bit of sourness, and it's a lot of fun to eat them. They also don't feel soggy, which I love. They are crip on the outside but soft inside.
