This is absolutely the only vinegar I will use! It has a strong, sour, red wine flavor that I love. It tastes like the homemade vinegar my Grandpa used to make decades ago, I never thought I would taste it again once he passed. This vinegar makes other vinegars on the store shelves taste like water, there is no comparison.

Red wine vinegar is very nice

I make so many things from scratch due to a corn allergy. Sciabica keeps products simple. I appreciate that. I appreciate the friendly people of the Sciabica family. True it is sunshine in a bottle.
