The cake was exactly what I was looking for, for my gluten free and dairy free SIL! She was super excited to be able to actually enjoy cake for her BDAY! The cake was beautiful and delicious, and pick up was easy as pie! Thank you thank you!

best gluten free cake ever

I ordered the almond cake for my 23rd birthday. I have had celiac disease for over a year and have been searching for a cake that does not have that "gluten free taste." This is exactly what I have been searching for! My whole family (who does not have celiac) agreed it tasted just as good, if not better, than typical gluten cakes you would get from a bakery. It was nice to feel a sense of normalcy on my birthday because being gluten free is not easy, especially on your birthday! I can not wait to try the other cake flavors and desserts! I would definitely recommend to everyone, even if you are not gluten free.
