Good laces poor business policy

The laces are great. I had to buy two lengths because their measurement description as to how to estimate what length I needed didn’t line up with the actual length I needed. So I bought another one and had to pay shipping. I wanted to return the ones I bought that were too long but I would have had to pay shipping back, and the cost of that was 50% of my purchase price. They offered a 25% refund if I just kept them, so I went with that and tossed the long laces in the trash even though they were still sealed in the packaging. I just can’t use them for any shoes I have. I’ll never buy from them again because it’s just too risky. I’ll stick to Amazon next time.
