Silverline / GU Split Arm Operator (Left Hand)

Excellent service all around!!!! Bought from them in the past and will buy again if needed!!!

It was not the correct lever for the window. I need to return what was mailed to me for a replacement. How do I go about doing that?

Direct replacement for the original part but this one is made of metal where the original is plastic. Much better design. Need to use different screws to attach it to the window frame. Holes in the replacement are a smaller diameter than the original and the replacement does not come with screws
