TRIPWARE Straight Bowl 160

Useful and beautiful

After a long search for functional, durable dinnerware I found Tripware in the honorable mentions list of a Wirecutter article. I love how thin and easily stackable the bowls are and the lids/ plates fit pretty snug. They stay put & don’t slide and crash around like i feared they might. Very happy with my purchase and excited to transition out of stained plastic tupperware and have less cluttered cabinets.

Not the quality I had hoped for

I had been eyeing this dinnerware for my upgrade and had high hopes for this bowl. I loved the design and the sustainability concept. I decided to start with a set of bowls before jumping all in. The bowls came quickly. Customer service was quick to address a bowl that had come cracked. My only issue with these bowls is the craftsmanship. I was under the impression that this is a premium product. I want to love it but the glaze is very uneven and in 2 of my bowls looks drippy or goopy (I don’t know what other word to describe it). I inquired with customer service again and never got a response. Pretty disappointed in the quality and won’t be finishing my set with Tripware. My search continues.
