My wife got this for me for Christmas. So her name is on the order. It wasn't a surprise, so, I was able to pick all the options for a truly custom hat. It is awesome! This my second Cow Lot hat and the customer service is simply the best. I had reservations about ordering a hat on-line, but. this store resolves any second guesses you would have about it. I'm SURE this won't be my last one from The Cow Lot!!! Thank you!!!

Love this hat. It came just a tad big so customer service sent me a shipping label. Sent it back Monday and got it back Saturday. It fits perfect and gets better every time I wear it. Joel has done both of my Cow Lot and does great work.
