Etude Dr. Mascara Fixer For Perfect Lash

Seems to work in combination with Clio mascara. Not sure if it’s the formula or mascara formula but keeps mascara waterproof and intact

I like it! Seems to make my lashes look longer and fuller.

It keeps my lashes curled!

I use this on its own without any mascara and it works so well. I hate waterproof mascara because it’s impossible to take off, so this is my new alternative.
