The material is smooth but i find its too loose on the hips. I returned the item.

This fit is so awkward and awful!!!! Emailed the costumer service and apparently they only provide return label if you opt for exchange. Otherwise you have to pay for own shipping fee for return. Extremely disappointed with the quality and inconvinient service. Will not buy again. Update: the exchange instructions require you re-order a new item first before they can even provide a prepaid shipping label. This buying cycle just repeats if the new order still doesn't fit. DO NOT BELIEVE all the 5 starts reviews on their website!!!
