Smallest punch never retracts after using it. I have to dig the access out then it will fully close. To claim the 2 year warranty, you have to ship it to them out of pocket. Plus you need to add another $9.50 for them to ship you the replacement. Not sure what kind of warranty/customer service this is tbh. I’m debating if I’m going to pay $20 to get it replaced or just throw it away.
