Travel Workouts

Bought this to take on holiday to do workouts, have used a cheap Amazon job before and this is heads and tails better. Great travel option and felt like a proper workout done with some body weight exercises. Did it work? Well possibly for the first time ever I actually lost weight over holiday. Lots to learn in terms of skills but will definitely be using more. Recommended.
