Manatee Magic: "Hugh" Manatee Plush Toy

He's a cute little guy. Unfortunately it was purchased as a gift. I expected it to be packed in a box and shipped, particularly since shipping costs so much. Instead it was shipped in a soft envelope with the contents listed right on the outside. Listing contents on the outside of a packet doesn't seem too brilliant these days.
