The product is good but the service at Kerrisdale skin medical was terrible! I made 2 separate purchases (1 for myself and 1 as a gift), 3 of the products serve the same purpose (vitamin C serum). Upon arrival to pick up my purchase, I saw a promo at the store front. Purchase $299 of skincare online, receive a 15mL CE ferulic. The product works well & makes a great gift for my family and friends. I asked if my purchases would qualify for the gift? The staff said yes. But would honor 1 gift even though I made 2 purchases of skincare products over $300. I was told I need to use a differ name for them to honor their promo. The manager them came to shame me and said I abused their system if I’m asking for 2 gifts. He said there is only 9 gifts in their office. Granted if there was a fine print that stated one per customer, that would be completely understandable. I believe in the products enough to gift it to my family and friends but instead I left the clinic being humiliated.
