To get maximum protection for my knees from impact and to add more height, I stack several sorbothane ultra plus foot insoles (three full foot and one 3/4) in my z coil shoes, loosen the laces and I’m walking on clouds!
I cannot go about my daily routine without my wonderful sorbothane insoles!
