So I ordered this for my Ren Faire Viking get up. Well, actually I ordered a slightly different one. I got an email the next day explaining that it was out of stock and it would be a while til it was available. They asked if I wanted to wait, or they had a slightly different one they could go ahead and ship. I went with the different one that was available. I was really pleased with that kind of service. Most places would just never say anything and send the one I had ordered when they got it. They shipped it right out and it came in plenty of time.
