Everything I have gotten from here is amazing!

The items were lovely and I appreciate that. However, I wasn't expecting to have to pay a £40 customs charge on top of the already quite expensive order. Nowhere in your information does it state that as a UK resident I would incur further charges. Maybe something to add to your order confirmations?
