The quality has really declined since my last order. I originally purchased this necklace about 2½ years ago and loved it so much that I reordered it after the original tarnished. Unfortunately, the new one looks completely different and doesn’t seem to be the same quality as before. Very disappointed. 😞

I ordered 2 Figaro name chains. The items got here later than expected. My daughter and I loved her chain but my chain (Kris) not so much. You could barely read the cursive lettering on my chain.
