A nylon adhesive-backed rim tape that gets stuck to the rim to protect your tube from the spoke holes. Each roll of tape is long enough to fit up to a 24-inch rim and is easily trimmed to fit a 20inch.

Great tape
Tape worked really well. My only feedback is that the roll is not long enough for a 29’er.
