Not comfortable

Ordered two pillows for me and my partner. After couple of nights we began to have pain in the neck and back…. Did not expected them to feel this way for the price I paid. On the website it’s written « 30 nights of trial » but you cannot return the pillows once they are used. How we are supposed to try them without opening the packages?
