Fed-Ex Sucks at Delivery!

The delivery was very annoying! The Fed-Ex person marked my package as though we weren’t at home during the delivery. We had to drive All the way out to the middle of NJ before the F/E place closed at 9:00. They were going to reschedule the drop off at a time where we were going to be out of town. The lady at the Fed-Ex pickup branch told me that that particular driver will mark the package undeliverable, and will deliver it at his convenience. We stayed home all day waiting for the package that never came. I want to purchase more products from you, but I’m now afraid to if I have to go through that again.
