Great Product - Poor Customer Service

Purchased a black Dubler Heat for my wife for Christmas. Loved the product, didn't use it, but decided she wanted a white one instead. Went through return process and shipped product back to REVO, and they refused the return and refund. Claimed that the cooler had been "marked up," but it literally barely even came out of the plastic bag it was shipped in. On top of that, their refusal email included a statement intended to make me feel guilty about the return because "they were out the shipping costs." What a joke. Seems like a really great product, but I won't be purchasing from them again.

Amazing! Light weight but sturdy. Great size. And the fact that it doubles between hot or cold. Customer service was amazing as well.

This is the perfect set up ! The hot packs kept the food warm for hours !
