I like this shampoo better than the Ion brand of swimmer shampoo. Smells good too. I always wet my hair before I swim - it is easier to get it into my swim cap and the water protects my hair from chlorine damage.

This stuff worked. I didn't expect to notice it. I had used swim shampoo before without much effect. I will get this again.
