Great bag for training at home.

I love my 2XL pro. I wanted a hanging bag but it’s just not possible in my home gym so this is the next best thing I think. Even tho it’s got a heavy base, it still does move around when locked and punch. But I find that I can use that to move with the bag and work on foot work as well. I just kick and punch it back and forth while I train. Save the heavy bag work if you go to a gym with hanging bags and work on cardio and technique with a standing bag at home. Overall I’m very pleased with this product.

Great alternative to hanging bag

If you don’t have a space where you can hang a heavybag, this is a good alternative.
