Inflation tube end pieces slipping or twisting out
The snug fit mouthpiece valve and the end piece that inserts into the raft valve both slipped or twisted out of the clear plastic tube after a few days of use, which then leaked air and precluded me from topping off my raft properly. Using Aquaseal to glue the end pieces to the tube apparently worked.
