Zojirushi specific and a wealth of information on their website for newbies in milling flour! All around very impressed with this company. Their grains are great too!

I pre-ordered the wondermill starter kit and have been very happy with it. Communication regarding shipping was clear and I received my kit promptly after it was in stock. I have made several recipes from the cards that were included and the results have been excellent. The recipes are precise, easy to follow, and give consistent, delicious results! We have enjoyed everything I have made, the chocolate chip cookies are a family favorite! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to start milling grains.
