Tie dye

I was a little disappointed , I liked the fabric but it had blue dye or ink streaks through out the fabric. If I was using for a garment I would not have been able to use it. Because it did not wash out. I was able to use it but was surprised you sent it anyway because there is no way you would not have seen it.
