Excellent Customer Service!

First time ordering from this company. Ordered the Charlotte monogram pearl bracelet in silver as a gift; but arrived in gold. Emailed customer service, and they immediately sent out the proper bracelet; and sent a return label for the gold bracelet. Beautiful bracelet! Excellent customer service and will order from this company again.
