I’m satisfied with the service. My only complaint was whoever answered my email I could not read their email. It typed over words to where you could not see actual words. Hard to explain… software issue maybe?

Machine cut off mid-brew on my wife, Not Good! Kept saying "Rinse" and "Fill System." Watched a Video or two about how to take the sides off. A little observation and mechanical common sense and I was 90% sure it was the motor as the motor when it tried to engage was very quiet compared to normal brewing sounds. Watch a few more videos and felt very confident I could fix it. Took a change on a $50 part and attempted the repair. It worked! $50 bucks vs. $1800 for a new unit. Well worth it.
