I am impressed. What I really like when I had ordered the Jura tool, someone noticed my “error 2” issue, cancelled my tool order and suggested I order the part and tool together. I am not used to customer service like that! 👍

Slow shipping

I paid (a lot) extra for overnight shipping on an order placed on a Sunday. It didn’t go out until Wednesday. I took three days to put a small part in an envelope & slap a label on it ….
