Good fast service

I called and sent video of part leaking and they promptly sent out a new part. Only thing was they sent the drain line but it was the wrong one. I did not need to replace that though. It regenerated last night with no leaks. Thank you

Control valve drain line

Appreciate the free replacement, but seems like a faulty part or line that do not meet up well in field assembly. Would have appreciated if this replacement part/assembly came with the original packing.
