As a chiropractor with training in nutrition, I’ve always been very health-conscious. One of my biggest challenges is that I get bored with vitamins quickly and tend to switch between different brands and companies. This one, however, may be a keeper. The Multi + Iron gel vitamin tastes great, especially when kept refrigerated. Sometimes I take it on its own, and other times I add it to a smoothie. It’s convenient, enjoyable, and easy to use. I’ll likely order it again, although I’m curious to try some of their other products as well. Overall, I highly recommend it. It’s a simple way to support your health, and I’m even thinking about getting some for my sister Lisa to try. So far, it’s been a big hit for me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the gel formula - flavor wasn’t a home run for me

I am a strong proponent for taking a multivitamin, and one that is highly bio-available. The gel formula does that and with the best options (like methylated B’s and folate). For me, the flavor just didn’t hit a home run. Maybe the peach-mango is a little delicate for the iron…but I’ve struggled with the tastebuds. I’ve tried other Healthy Cell products and the flavors are great - so this probably is just a one-off. I can’t complain about the supplement, and hope to try additional products soon!
