I am not a fan of ordering by mail, but somehow you guys are different. Although you are located thousands of miles away with a different monetary system, you have been very reliable with a much wider selection than what's available in the United States. The final cost, including shipping is equal to what I would pay here. If there was a problem with an order, a model no longer available, one e-mail made the correction instead of hours on the phone and no guarantee that the revision would be made. I'm looking forward to future models becoming available so that I can order again!
