I was 2 days late in picking up my costume so, I figured there would be a little wait involved. Nope! I showed up, showed the 2 young ladies at the “pick up” desk my order number, and within seconds, I was handed my costume. They were pleasant, reassuring and even let me do a quick try on over my head. It’s rare in this (post-post-Covid) era in nyc to find such a smooth retail experience.
