Should be 5 stars but smai messed up

i would give it a 5 because it is well made and pressed, but after waiting at least 4-6 months and not having my size still I had to get a bigger hakama than i should have and i shouldnt have to look elsewhere or at china made stuff to fill my requirements. why was my size never in stock?
