We've been using the SMAI Shin & Instep Guards for over two years, and my kids absolutely love them. I would say the size M shin pads are a little tight for my son. The foot guards fit him well. He used both the blue and red Shin Instep guards at his first Karate New Zealand Open last month, where he won a silver medal in the kumite competition. Overall, it's a great product. Thank you!
