Well Made, Too Firm

The shield is well-made. The quality of construction seems high -- good seems, reinforced vents, etc. However, for a bag this large, it's too firm in my opinion. This firmness is what I would want in a smaller bag for rapid kick drills. I have older SMAI bags that, when they were knew, were still not as firm as these. Some of my members have stated that these new shields feel like kicking padded concrete.
