I received this as a gift and was so stiff I could not use contacted customer service they replaced it but it's worse than the first one. It's a waste cannot use.

This is my first MDF and I have to say, I’m never going back to any other brand! The acoustics on the ProCardial are excellent! It’s lighter than most stethoscopes and comes in so many awesome colors/designs. Definitely my favorite stethoscope in the over 20 years I’ve been in the medical field!
