The inHarmony vibroacoustic table has completely changed the way I experience meditation. Instead of struggling to drop in, I feel my whole body soften and my mind quiet within minutes. It takes meditation to the next level in a way that’s hard to describe until you’ve tried it. I usually plan on doing just one session… and then find myself coming back for another as soon as I can. It’s become the perfect reset between school, work, and everyday stress—helping me transition from “go mode” into a calmer, more grounded state. If you’re looking for a deeply restorative, nervous-system-soothing experience, I can’t recommend the inHarmony vibroacoustic table enough.

The Sound Lounge 1 is heaven. From the ergonomics to the amazing sound and vibrations. It’s grounding, it’s therapeutic and relaxing all at the same time. The company is solid. The owner, Craig, is super helpful, along with the support team as time is of the essence when you’re wanting to relax ☺️
