As a quiz buff I wanted a list of the royals to refresh my memory. Bonus is a lovely mug - perfect size too.

This made an ideal Christmas present!

I purchased this for a metal detecting buddy of mine. We regularly find coins dating all the way back to the Battle of Hastings (and beyond), so it seemed appropriate to give him something that referenced all the kings and queens depicted on those coins. I have to say that this mug is a quality piece of bone china and arrived in an attractive, glossy, branded box which had been placed within protective plain cardboard packaging. All the monarchs (inc King Charles) have been nicely represented and the reign dates clearly printed. To maintain the integrity of the screen-printed designs it is advised to hand-wash only. These mugs are available in three sizes: 300ml, 350ml and 400ml. In my opinion, the 300ml and 350ml are too small to be classed as mugs, which is why I’m pleased I ordered a 400ml one. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase - hence my 5 star rating.
