6' 3" big head american. Nice fit!

I'm a bigger guy, with a very round head shape. Most hats dont for well for me even at the max setting. This fits very good. Could use just one more size on the snap. But overall it fits very well. Pretty high quality as well! I love the fact that only those who know will understand the embroidery. Will buy more products from this company someday.
