I had to play with it and go back and look at the picture to figure out what they did with the extra tie string, but figured it out and it's cute.

Non existing customer service

Very upset. It was too small and I contacted company three days after receiving my order to return and possibly exchange. Received automated reply that they were reviewing my request and would let me know. NO RESPONSE! There is a 14 day window to return and I can’t even find a phone number to actually talk to someone
