Had an issue with UPS damaging my package, Levi at screenprotech sent out a replacement immediately. UPS double charged me duties, which ended up over $100cad in total. Levi sent me a refund to help offset the cost of the duties, which I totally did not expect. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I haven't installed them yet - but I'm sure I'll be happy with them. Thanks again Levi and Screenprotech
