I paid for next day shipping and didn’t receive this until 5 days later. Despite communicating everyday to customer service they don’t appear willing to offer a refund on this shipping cost of over $30. Even worse the product showed up damaged and I’m yet to see any offer of a refund for this too. Very disappointed as I’ve bought from them for years and this was a colossal failure that they seem unwilling to help refund and resolve.

ER advertised 3-4 day processing/shipping. I ordered on 2/8 and selected UPS. ER selected USPS. The first delivery attempt was on Sat 2/13 (5 days). I was not in the office. 2/15 was a holiday for USPS (but not for UPS). I was travelling from 2/16-2/20. Finally received on 2/22, 8 days after Valentines Day. If you're going to offer shipping estimates and carrier options, please follow through. Quality of the product was fine, but I didn't realize the color defaulted back to white (was for my wife). I would imagine most people order red. Might be a good idea for red to be the default.
